Pierre-Edouard began his career in the capital markets division of Credit Agricole CACIB in New York.

2 years at Macquarie Capital in London, where he worked on renewables, infrastructure and energy transactions.

5 years with Ancala Partners where he was a Director, originating and executing transactions in the renewables, infrastructure and energy sectors.

4 years as Managing Director of RPD International, an engineering and manufacturing company, working with the CEO to build and expand the business. Pierre-Edouard has served on the board of RPD International for 5 years alongside Richard.

He holds an Msc in Aerospace and Aeronautical engineering from ISAE – Supaero.

Richard began his career in Aerospace Engineering at Rolls-Royce plc before moving to LEK Consulting.

Over 7 years with Apax Partners as a Principal in the Leveraged Transactions Group in London and Milan where he worked with Stephen.

More than 9 years as a Senior Partner at Exponent Private Equity across Fund I & Fund II where he led a number of deals and was a member of the Investment Committee.

2 years Partner at Compass Partners International; portfolio transaction, €100m NAV in 2018.

Growth investor at 24 Haymarket since 2015 including Investor Director at RPD International where he worked with Pierre-Edouard for 5 years.

Richard’s previous board positions include Azimut, Trainline, V.ships and Pattonair.

Holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Science from the University of Bristol.

Stephen began his career in oil exploration at Seismograph Service before moving to PWC in London.

11 years with Apax Partners where he worked with Richard and was an equity partner, member of the Approval Committee, ran the Leverage transactions group and founded the Financial & Business Services Industry team.

7 years with Bridgepoint where he latterly ran and then chaired the UK investment team and was a member of the Operating and Investment Committee.

Moved to a portfolio role from 2017. Led three acquisitions for Moneycorp in 2018: Novo Mundo, Commonwealth and First Rate FX.

Stephen’s previous board roles include Moneycorp (NX Chair), Quilter Cheviot, Hub International, Care UK, Independer, Azimut, Yell, Travelex and Moneyextra.

Stephen holds a Bsc in Physics from Exeter University and an ACA.
